A Celebration of Reading Dallas

At first, Dallas supporters of this event displayed such commitment that they were willing to travel to Houston just to attend!  Because support was so great, Barbara Bush decided to bring the event to this North Texas city in 2002 and, ever since, a Celebration of Reading has called Dallas its second home.  The Dallas event has a flavor all its own and stresses the importance of literacy as a heartfelt family value.  Inspired by their grandmother, Amanda and George P. Bush have turned this evening into a great North Texas tradition.

Mark your calendar now for the 2010 Dallas Celebration of Reading taking place on Monday, November 8th.  Our confirmed authors are Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Jeff KinneyDonovan Campbell and Leila Meacham with more announcements coming soon.  Don't miss out on hearing these authors, purchase your tickets now.
